Bring the questions from
outside class into your academy
When a student gets stuck at home, they photograph the problem. The AI leads them with step-by-step hints instead of giving the answer away, and the whole record lands on the teacher's screen.
Things that already happen at your academy
but never become a record
Questi Hippo does not ask you to teach differently. It moves three things you already deal with into a system.
- The private message that arrives after 10pmIt scatters across teachers' personal phone numbers and never reaches the next lesson.
- The student who leaves homework blankOne to three days of learning gap sit there until the next class.
- "What is my child struggling with?"At a parent meeting, the only evidence is what the teacher happens to remember.
The screen explains it faster than text
From the moment a student posts a question to the moment a teacher receives a report — actual app screens.

Published under your academy's name,
open only to students with your code
Tuned for mathematics, but it works across every subject. Built by the same team behind Questi, the problem-authoring and analysis tool for teachers, so the two services interlock.
Hints, not answers
Ask by photo or text and the AI withholds the final answer, guiding the student to reach it themselves. It replies with graphs and handwritten working.
Teacher answers become academy assets
Teachers step in where the AI falls short. Every answer is stored and searchable, so the same question never has to be answered twice.
An AI that knows your textbooks
Upload your academy's textbook PDFs and the AI answers from them, following the working order and notation your academy uses.
Questions turn into reports
The AI analyses each student's questions and activity, then produces a downloadable PDF covering strengths, gaps, and a note written for parents.
Not a demo screen —
numbers from academies running it today
Three academies of different sizes and adoption levels, measured the same way. We did not cherry-pick the good one.

De-identified aggregates from the Questi Hippo operations database, July–August 2026. No individual student data or raw question text is included. Academy names are disclosed only with their consent.
Academy A is the best-embedded case. 48 of 54 enrolled students asked questions themselves, and each of those students asked an average of 70.8 times over eight weeks. Across the same period, 8,726 AI calls completed successfully — all of them.
Where students get stuck, expressed as numbers
Raw question text is never exposed. Only the subject, unit and key terms are extracted from the problem image and aggregated — so next week's review session is chosen on evidence rather than instinct.
Based on 3,243 analysable questions (95.4% of all questions) over eight weeks at Academy A · average difficulty 2.8 / 5.0
So what shows up in the first month?
Academy A is what settled adoption looks like. Below is the first month of one high-school class that started recently.
A 16-student Year-11 class at a private high school. Sign-ups began on the day of rollout and questions started the next day.
The unflattering numbers, too
Not every academy turns into Academy A. At another academy we tracked for four months, student app time rose 3.1× and AI questions 2.8× — but that usage concentrated more and more in the top 20% of students. Installing the app does not spread it on its own. It widens when a teacher sets a short routine, such as "one question before class ends". That is why we hand over the operating routine and a monthly usage report alongside the app, not just the app.
From the directors already using it
"A perfect pacemaker for building thinking power."
Questi Hippo does not simply hand over answers; it helps students find the thread of a solution themselves. Watching the level of their questions and their attitude to study change has been a real shift.
Pathfinder AcademyDirector"Our students' study habits have changed."
Through asking questions, students have built the habit of understanding and resolving things themselves. Their questions also show us where they stand, which helps with individual management.
4.0 Study AcademyDirector"Round-the-clock care with no gaps."
Using real-time Q&A alongside a Notion-based error notebook, we filled the learning gaps that appear outside lesson hours and students built the strength to study on their own. Results improved, and so did parent satisfaction.
Mable Math AcademyDirector"A shift into an academy that actually manages."
Questi Hippo solved the difficulty our specialised, autonomous and boarding-school students had in asking questions, with 24-hour Q&A and feedback. Students get fast feedback, teachers can give more precise feedback, and satisfaction with lessons rose.
Sangseung Edu Math AcademyDirectorTry one class for four weeks first
You do not open it to every year group at once. Start with a single class, then decide whether to continue after seeing the four-week report.
- Week 1Setup and teacher trainingAcademy code, class structure, textbook upload. A one-hour training session for teachers, on site or online.
- Week 2Student onboardingBegin with one class. Students enter with the academy code alone. We supply the handout that prompts their first question.
- Weeks 3–4Running it, with weekly check-insApply the "one question before class ends" routine, and review usage together once a week with your account manager.
- At the endYour usage reportYou receive an academy-specific report in the same format shown above. Whether to continue is a decision you make from those numbers.
If the AI gives answers, won't students do less?
That is exactly why it does not give the answer outright. It is designed so that step-by-step hints lead the student to arrive at it. The director of Pathfinder Academy called it 'a pacemaker for building thinking power'.
We already take questions over messaging apps.
We are not asking you to stop. The point is to keep questions that scatter across teachers' personal numbers as an academy asset. Because teacher answers are stored and searchable, nobody answers the same question twice.
Does it work for subjects other than maths?
Yes. It is tuned for mathematics but applies across subjects. In one academy's eight-week aggregate: mathematics 79.9%, science 10.5%, Korean 4.6%, English 3.8%, social studies 1.0%.
How do students get the app?
Questi Hippo is not one shared app split between academies. A separate app is built under your academy's name and published on the App Store and Google Play. Students search for your academy's name, download it, and enter the code you give them. We handle the store submission.
Can the academy see everything students ask?
Teachers can see the questions and answers of the students they are responsible for. The usage report we provide, by contrast, is a de-identified aggregate that contains no raw question text. We supply the consent forms for students and parents.
What if a competing academy nearby signs up?
We operate a one-academy-per-neighbourhood rule. Where a nearby academy teaches different subjects, a second can be admitted only after agreement with the director who joined first.
What happens if something breaks?
An IT service team specialising in education runs it directly, with a dedicated support team responding within one business day. App maintenance and feature upgrades are included in the monthly fee.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on the size of your academy and the contract term. Tell us your year groups and enrolment and we will put together the figures for your case.
A 10-minute demo, whenever suits you
Tell us your year groups and subjects and we will prepare screens matched to your case. Online or on site, whichever you prefer.
